Westwind Wizard#16 Cockpit Side Window InspectionsThe inspection program requires the cockpit side windows to be inspected every 800 HRS. With a prism, this only applies to original configuration windows (pre SB 1124-56-113). Page 202 in 5-20-02 states that this inspection is not applicable to post SB 1124-56-113 windows, we have found that these “new style” windows are also cracking in the same way as the original parts. If you are doing an 800 HR. “C”, inspection in takes only a few minutes to look at the windows and determine their continued serviceability.
