#18 – Hydraulic fuses in the brake system

Operators should insure that their maintenance facilities are aware that the brake fuse is required to be functionally checked every time the brake is changed and bled. Refer to 32-40 for the procedures. We still find fuses that are unserviceable and have probably not then checked since they were replaced per AD 98-06-10.
